We provide each purchaser with a copy of the "Sample Warranty" upon contract which explains the warranties in detail.

At contract signing, you will be given a "Homeowner's Maintenance Manual," which will help guide you through the care and upkeep of the many components of your new home. The Manual takes you through the entire home purchase process and will be a tool you will use throughout your purchase experience. Following settlement, you will receive your official Warranty Documents from 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty.
