At Timberlake Building & Renovations, we have assembled some of the most experienced and dedicated professionals in the industry to be part of our team. We aren’t content with simply filling our career positions with just anyone. We have exceptionally high standards and expectations. And once someone joins our team, we support annual training and education for each person, thus keeping them at the leading edge of the industry with experience and knowledge. The end result? Whether you are interacting with someone in sales, construction, management or administration, you can count on the highest level of proficiency and outstanding customer service.

Dave Lunden, President
As President, Dave oversees and directs the overall operations of Timberlake’s Renovations division. He joined the Timberlake team in 2003 after a successful, 15-year legal career. Dave, his wife and his three children (two girls and a boy) currently live in Olney, Maryland but are in the process of building a Timberlake home in Ashton, Maryland. He serves as a Board of Directors member, Membership Committee Co-Chair and Legislative Committee member for the Maryland National Capitol Building Industry Association. When Dave has free time, he enjoys spending it with his family and running, hiking, kayaking, and watching Boston Red Sox, Washington Wizards and Terps (football) games. |

George Hamilton, Vice President of Construction
George is responsible for all construction and warranty operations. He has been in the home building industry for over 20 years in the Baltimore/Washington area with both large and small companies. He became involved in the industry through an internship with Northeastern University in Boston. George and his wife of 20 years reside in Woodstock, Maryland and they have two sons. In his free time, George enjoys traveling and golfing. |

Helen Harris, Division Administrator
Helen is one of the friendly voices you will encounter if you call the Timberlake Building & Renovations office. She has over 13 years of experience in the construction industry and tells us she just loves working as a team and helping one another. Helen is responsible for all administrative duties for the Renovations division. She lives in St. Mary's County, Maryland with her husband and their dog, Katie - a toy Yorkie. She has two sons and a daughter and she loves attending their sporting events, going to the movies and taking an annual cruise with her husband. |

Dan Nichols, Purchasing & Estimating Manager
Dan Nichols came to Timberlake Building & Renovations with 23 years of experience in the homebuilding and remodeling industry. As Purchasing and Estimating Manager here, he manages construction costs, provides estimates for customer’s construction projects and negotiates trade partner agreements for our organization. Dan lives in Sykesville, Maryland with his wife and three children. He enjoys spending time with his family, watching football, golfing and working in the woods. |

Art Perlman, Sales Manager
Art has been in the homebuilding and remodeling industry for over 30 years and has been with Timberlake since June of 2003. Art oversees and manages new home and renovations sales for Timberlake Building & Renovations. Prior to joining Timberlake, Art was doing custom homes in Howard and Baltimore Counties. He even did a home with a batting cage and electronic pitcher in the basement and another with a half basketball court in the basement. He believes there is no such thing in the building industry as what you can't do. He says, "If a client can dream it, we can build it." Art is married and has three sons, four grandchildren and one cat. He is an avid traveler world-wide. |

Justin Shepherd, Purchasing & Estimating Assistant
Justin has a degree in Construction Management, as well as a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) certificate in engineering and architecture. He joined the Timberlake Building & Renovations team to assist our Purchasing & Estimating Manager and further his career in the industry. He lives in Harwood, MD and enjoys spending time with his friends, playing paintball, watching baseball and football and doing work around the house. |
