Timberlake Building & Renovations is a sister company to Timberlake Homes which has been building new homes and neighborhoods throughout Maryland since the 1960's and recently in Delaware. We specialize in complete home remodels, large-scale, luxury home additions, replacing existing homes with new custom homes and building custom homes on one of our beautiful homesites or your own, with your plans or ours. We have relationships with some of the area's most talented and well-respected architects and engineers who are available to assist you and us with the design of any project. That means if you need such services, we can arrange them for you.

We also work closely with local lenders who can help you with the details of financing your renovation or new home construction project.

But before we even involve any outside talent, our in-house team will spend time with you, discussing your vision for your project and helping you fully understand the steps involved in seeing it to fruition.
