Employee of the Quarter

Timberlake Homes understands that the ability to provide our customers with an outstanding product and unequalled customer service begins at home – our home – and we believe that we have assembled a team of individuals whose talent and performance is unequalled in the industry.  In 2006, Timberlake Homes instituted a program designed to recognize individual employees for their outstanding job performance – Timberlake’s “Employee of the Quarter” award program.  Ona quarterly basis, every team member is invited and encouraged to nominate a fellow team member for the award. All nominations are reviewed – and a winner is selected - by an “Employee of the Quarter” committee. The winner receives a $2,000.00 check, along with an additional paid day of leave, an individual plaque recognizing his/her achievement, recognition in the monthly edition of Timberlake News , as well as on our web site, and his/her name is permanently displayed on a plaque in the corporate office lobby.

Mike Sheppard, September 2007
Mike Sheppard was selected as Timberlake Homes’ “Employee of the Quarter” in September 2007. Mike joined the Timberlake team in 2005 and serves as IT Manager. In that role, Mike is responsible for the information technology operations of the organization. His position involves administrating, designing and maintaining all hardware, software and Information Systems for the company. In addition, he is responsible for training team members on the use of Timberlake’s IT software programs including, but not limited to, sales and customer management, project scheduling and materials ordering.

Bill Karczeski, June 2007
Bill Karczeski was selected as Timberlake’s latest “Employee of the Quarter.” Bill joined the Timberlake team in 2006 and serves as Senior Accounting Manager. In that role, Bill is responsible for preparing internal financial statements and assisting other departments in the organization with accounting-related projects.

Bob Fingland, March 2007
Bob joined the Timberlake team in 2004 and serves as Land Development Construction Manager. In this role, he is responsible for preparing the “raw” land for construction of our buyers’ homes. He oversees the construction of the roads in the neighborhood, mass clearing and grading of the homesites, utility installation and more. Once his work is complete, homes can be constructed on the individual homesites.

Erica Robey, December 2006
Erica has served Timberlake Homes in virtually every support position imaginable and has quietly remained an 'unsung' hero of this organization. She is always willing and anxious to take on new learning experiences and new challenges. Her loyalty to Timberlake Homes is phenomenal.
