Mike Sheppard, September 2007

Mike Sheppard was selected as Timberlake Homes’ “Employee of the Quarter” in September 2007. Mike joined the Timberlake team in 2005 and serves as IT Manager. In that role, Mike is responsible for the information technology operations of the organization. His position involves administrating, designing and maintaining all hardware, software and Information Systems for the company. In addition, he is responsible for training team members on the use of Timberlake’s IT software programs including, but not limited to, sales and customer management, project scheduling and materials ordering.

This attitude fosters the ideal “open forum” necessary to grow and learn in an ever-changing environment.  Although Mike is extremely knowledgeable in his position, he is sensitive to the fact that not everyone carries with them that same level of knowledge.”
