Bob Fingland, March 2007

Bob Fingland was selected as Timberlake’s latest "Employee of the Quarter." Bob joined the Timberlake team in 2004 and serves as Land Development Construction Manager. In this role, he is responsible for preparing the "raw" land for construction of our buyers’ homes. He oversees the construction of the roads in the neighborhood, mass clearing and grading of the homesites, utility installation and more. Once his work is complete, homes can be constructed on the individual homesites. As "Employee of the Quarter," Bob received a $2,000.00 check, along with an additional paid day of leave, an individual plaque recognizing his achievement, recognition in the March edition of Timberlake News, and his name will be permanently displayed on a plaque in the corporate office lobby.

In sum, Bob Fingland exemplifies the integrity and work ethic upon which Timberlake is built. He personifies the excellence, service, responsiveness, initiative, loyalty, dependability, and attitude Timberlake is seeking from every employee.
