Bill Karczeski, June 2007

Bill Karczeski was selected as Timberlake’s latest "Employee of the Quarter." Bill joined the Timberlake team in 2006 and serves as Senior Accounting Manager. In that role, Bill is responsible for preparing internal financial statements and assisting other departments in the organization with accounting-related projects.

Here are a few select comments from the nomination forms submitted by Bill’s co-workers:

“Bill is always willing to help others and is always a ‘team player.’  He always takes the initiative to get things done whether it is related to his division or not.”
 
“Bill’s dependability ranks at the top of those employed at Timberlake.  He has a tremendous work ethic.  He not only shows great care and concern regarding his own job responsibilities, but he is always the first one to ask if anyone needs a helping hand.  No matter the task, he always steps forward with a smile and a great attitude.  If I were to choose a motto for Bill, it would be ‘whatever it takes – whatever you need.’  He is also an employee who never hesitates to show his appreciation for the benefits afforded to us all at Timberlake Homes.  This, in itself, is rare and speaks volumes about his character.”
